Easy Read Leaflets

At East Cheshire NHS Trust, we want to help people with learning disabilities to have a better understanding of their hospital stay, and their care and treatment wherever possible.

Good communication is very important.

The Trust has developed a number of 'photo journeys' for you to download. These photo journeys show you in pictures what it is like to come to some of our wards and departments. We are very grateful to the local actors who have helped us to make these and we are working to develop more all the time.
